If you have a request for a date please fill out the offer sheet on the "Booking" page (linked above). All requests will receive our attention and be answered promptly. Our technical requirements are shown below to assist you in planning your event. We all need to be good stewards of our resources so please know that we will work with you to put together your event.

Our technical requirements

The Sponsor/Promoter agrees to provide, at it's own expense, the following equipment and/or services required for our performance(s):

• Sound and lights. It is presumed that the venue will have in it's possession a mixing console with at least ten (10) channels or more each with 3-band equalizers and two (2) pre-fader sends and stereo mixing capabilities for the house. Venue shall provide a sound engineer with reasonable experience to operate the sound equipment for the concert. The house lights should be down during the concert and the stage lights up.
• Stage monitors and Mic stands.  We require a minimum of 6 stage monitors and 5 boom MIC stands. Please contact Terry at (903) 683-2072 if you have questions about this request or general technical information for your concert.  It is otherwise assumed that you will be able to provide all that is necessary for this system.
• Sponsor/Promoter agrees to have the venue and sound technician available three (3) hours prior to the performance for sound check.

Additional requirements

Sponsor/Promoter will supply two (2) six foot long tables and two (2) chairs for merchandise sales and Compassion International child sponsorship displays. We believe all children deserve the opportunity to know Christ and live a full, healthy life and have partnered with Compassion International as a way to work toward that goal.
